Radka Konečná graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague, and the Faculty of Economics, University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. She is a partner of Konečná & Zacha, Attorneys at Law, registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association, Slovak Bar Association and is a member of ARTN (The Association for Real Estate Market Development). She speaks Czech, English, German, Slovak and Russian.

With her real estate team she represents a number of multinational corporations and foreign investment funds in their investments in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, particularly in the field of real estate and growth capital. Recently, she has dealt especially with development and subsequent sales or acquisitions of shopping centers with the value of approx. CZK billions (including forward sale thereof), preparation of investment structures in real estate, negotiating joint-venture agreements between significant players on the real estate market, development of logistic and residential complexes, including securing title insurance, project financing, construction projects also according to the FIDIC regulations and all aspects of leases and other steps associated with completion of the projects by sale. Her expertise includes, among others, also the issue of investments in various industrial sectors, including car-manufacturing and chemical industry.

Tomáš is a partner at Konečná & Zacha and specializes in financial law and regulation, complex commercial transactions, litigation, ICT and intellectual property law. In his areas of expertise, Tomáš often works with teams of Konečná & Zacha from Bratislava, Bucarest and Sofia on cross-border transactions and acquisitions. Tomáš speaks Czech and English and has a passive knowledge of Russian. 

Tomáš successfully advised on multiple gross-volume contracts concerning energy, construction, transport, mining, etc. He recently advised on several start-ups in area of finance, technology and e-commerce for local as well as foreign clients. Tomáš also represents Clients of Konečná & Zacha before Courts and in Arbitrations.

Achim Jähnke graduated from the Faculty of Law at Passau University, Germany and absolved supplementary studies at the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. He is a partner of Konečná & Zacha, Attorneys at Law, and he is registered in the Register of Lawyers of the German Bar Association and in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association. He speaks German, Czech, English, Spanish and French.

Achim is in charge of the German section of Konečná & Zacha, Attorneys at Law and with his team focuses especially on advising German speaking clients (DACH).

Since 1998 Achim has been working as an attorney both in Munich and Prague. Recently, he has dealt with mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions including financing. He also provides comprehensive legal aid in all areas of law to medium-sized companies, which run their businesses on the Czech market.

Petko Iliev graduated from the Law Faculty of the Sofia University. A fully-admitted Bulgarian qualified lawyer, he has been leading on-site the Sofia practice of the firm since 2009. His experience started in the late ‘90s at the biggest Bulgarian law firm and was then diversified by an appreciable spell as Manager in the Tax and Legal Department of a Big 4 company.

Petko’s work has been largely focused on corporate governance (including public-listed companies in financial services and energy in the EU), contracts and M&A matters, the latter with particular emphasis on due diligence, structuring advice and acquisition support.

His knowledge and experience in corporate tax, VAT and, generally, tax litigation helps for a wider perspective of the matters he is handling. Those include foreign investment in Bulgaria for businesses in fast-moving consumer goods, real estate, pharmaceuticals and IT / media. He has recent contributions to the process of amending and EU-harmonization of domestic law on corporate agenda and capital markets.

Andrei Constantinescu

Andrei Constantinescu graduated from the Faculty of Law, „Titu Maiorescu” University of Bucharest. He also acquired a degree in Economics from the Financial and Accountancy Faculty, „Banatul” University of Timisoara. He speaks Romanian, English and Italian.

Andrei is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Union of Lawyers since 2003. During the first years of his career he has been focusing on Labour and Employment Law, providing assistance in both the private and public sector. He was involved in several EU-funded public administration reform projects where, together with a panel of international experts, has provided assistance with the design, development of legal framework and career system of Public Managers. Subsequently Andrei has gained experience in the M&A, corporate and real estate fields by assisting multinational companies such as a major multinational company for clinical studies or a top commercial centre developer.

In the last years, Andrei's relevant expertise includes advising international companies on labour & employment issues ranging from drafting of internal regulations, negotiation and amendment of high level employment agreements to collective dismissals and litigation. He has also assisted an international fund, a major Czech fashion online retailer and a well-known Taiwanese fitness equipment producer to acquire real estate portfolios and establishing presence on the Romanian market, providing extensive assistance on a large range of matters, from setting up corporate vehicles to negotiating and concluding commercial agreements and onboarding employees and related HR matters. Andrei is also assisting a major international fuels distributor and an international wine producer/distributor with development projects and debt collection cases, including litigation, as well as a major Chinese corporation with labour & employment advice for the Romanian market.

While out of the office, Andrei enjoys extensive bicycle rides and playing tennis. He also plays the guitar and spends his free time learning to play new instruments.

Ľuboš Fojtík

Ľuboš Fojtík graduated from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno. He is an attorney at law cooperating with the Prague-based office, where he leads the department of litigation and arbitration. In the field of litigation and arbitration, Ľuboš has gained significant experience in representing clients on both sides, i. e. claimants and defendants. Ľuboš has gained special experience in construction litigation while representing developers, institutional investors (including banks and investment funds) and municipalities in some of the most complex disputes in the Czech Republic.

Ľuboš further specializes in liability issues, damage compensation, contractual penalty, defamation and international private law including CISG a CMR litigation.

Ľuboš is also listed as an arbitrator with the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.

Besides dispute resolution Ľuboš has gained significant experience in providing legal services in the field of regulatory matters, especially in the area of data protection and public procurement, but also in several other regulated areas. He represents clients in administrative proceedings on a regular basis in front of public authorities as well as administrative courts.

Ľuboš is fluent in Czech, Slovak and English language and has a communicative knowledge of French.

Ľuboš is an author of various specialized articles particularly from the field of civil procedure and international business law. He is also a lecturer at private business university in Prague and an editor-in-chief of the law focused website eLAW.cz. Apart from his work, Ľuboš enjoys urban life, architecture various sport activities and spending time with his family.

Tomáš Riedl graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague and attended also study abroad program at TU Dresden - Juristische Fakultät in Germany. He is registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association and is an attorney at law cooperating with the Prague-based office. He speaks Czech, German and English languages.

Tomáš specializes in commercial, civil and financial law with emphasis to the contract law field.

He is experienced also in legal due diligence in connection to real estate and corporate transactions.

He also participated in providing comprehensive legal services to the owner of retail centers (both in operation and under construction) in the Czech Republic, to the purchaser of a compound including historical buildings in Prague or to the seller of land plots in Prague for the purposes of construction of a residential building.

His specialization includes commercial and civil law, focusing in particular on the field of contract law and rental of business premises. Tomáš
Fecák

Tomáš Fecák received master’s degree in law from the Masaryk University in Brno, and completed doctoral studies in international law at the Charles University in Prague. He also attended semestral study programs at the Ghent University (Belgium) and the University of Miami (USA). He speaks Czech, Slovak and English.

Tomáš has expertise in international investment law and in related aspects of EU law. Before practising as attorney, he worked for the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, where he took part in negotiation of bilateral investment treaties. He is the author of the book titled “International Investment Agreements and EU Law”, which was published in Czech and English language versions, and is a member of the Czech Society of International Law.   

He is registered with the Czech Bar Association and is an attorney cooperating with the Prague-based office. His principal areas of practice include real estate acquisition projects and financing. He also advises clients on regulatory matters.

Tereza
Chotěborová

Tereza Chotěborová graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. She is attorney at law cooperating with our Prague office and is registered in the list of attorneys maintained by the Czech Bar Association. Tereza speaks fluent Czech and English and has a communicative knowledge of German.

Tereza is part of the Dispute Resolution team and also works with the Employment and Labour team. She also focuses on construction law issues, in particular due diligence in connection with real estate transactions as well as negotiating of construction-related contracts. In addition to the above, Tereza also has extensive regulatory and compliance knowledge.

Tomáš Kubíček is a member of Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Prague-based office of Konečná & Zacha and works also with Real Estate team and Labour and Employment team. He speaks Czech and English.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague and attended several courses at the Leiden Law School, Leiden University in the Netherlands as LLP Erasmus student. Tomáš also completed internship programme organized by the Municipal Court in Prague.

Tomáš specializes in litigation. He also advices on all aspects of real estate law, labour and employment law, personal data protection matters and contractual law. Tomáš participates in pro bono activities of Konečná & Zacha.

Simona Votřelová graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. She is registered in the Register of Attorneys at Law of the Czech Bar Association and she is an attorney at law cooperating with Konečná & Zacha Prague-based office. Simona speaks Czech and English. 

Simona worked for several years in one of the significant regional law offices, where she provided advice to clients primarily in the field of real estate and commercial law. She was also a part of in-house law team of leading Prague developer for two years. Her specialisation includes commercial and civil law, focusing in particular on the field of contract law and rental of business premises. Simona works also with corporate law teams.

Rossen Lachev graduated from the Law Faculty of the Sofia University. As a fully-admitted Bulgarian qualified lawyer he focuses especially on complex litigations and arbitrations involving financial matters, including securities, corporate transactions and regulatory investigations. He has also represented clients successfully through appeals in a variety of areas. He also has extensive experience in developing creative strategies for solving issues that today’s corporations and executives have to face.

Rossen has insolvency and restructuring expertise and handles all kinds of insolvency matters. He has successfully represented both creditors and debtors in litigations in insolvency court.

He also assists clients during judicial procedures for enforcing court decisions on regular basis. Rossen Lachev has also developed a strong practice in corporate finance and related strategic matters, during which his clients appreciate especially his business-oriented approach for satisfying their needs.

Rossen Lachev advices individuals and corporations on a variety of general corporate matters, including governance, joint venture, recapitalization, restructuring transactions, securities law and regulatory matters.

Nora Kuková graduated from the Charles University in Prague. Florin Buja graduated the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest. Being driven by the desire to enlarge and to perfect his knowledges both in civil and in corporate law, he completed a LL.M. in Private Law and a LL.M. in Business Law at the same University. He speaks fluently Romanian, English and Italian and has communication knowledge of Spanish. Florin is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and of the Romanian Union of Lawyers since 2019.

Specialising in Labour law, Florin assisted a significant number of clients with numerous complex employment matters, dismissal procedures, as well as with respect to day-to-day employment issues such as execution of individual employment agreements, negotiations for mutual termination, non-compete clauses etc. He has also assisted a significant number of clients in Labour law due diligence.

He has experience in corporate law, including due diligence processes and drafting of the transaction documents, resolutions, structuring of shareholders’ agreements.

Florin has been involved in a significant number of projects involving debt collection. He assists creditors within procedures ranging from litigation, enforcement of credit titles and up to insolvency procedures.

Another area of expertise covers Intellectual Property law. He assists various clients onto both the aspects of IP non-litigation issues, and on IP litigation issues regarding trademark infringement and counterfeiting, copyrights, domain name disputes, as well as registered design and the enforcement of other various IP rights against third parties.

Hana Ferklová focusses on the area of ICT and the related complex contractual agenda, project finance and IP law. Hana also advises in the area of electronic communications and NW build and maintenance. 

In respect of the latter, Hana advises on regulatory and commercial matters for clients providing services of electronic communications and services of NW build and maintenance, and supports clients in their participation in RFQs and tenders, including the CTO's tenders for radio frequency assignments. In the aforementioned areas of her focus, Hana has advised on number of complex projects of local and international clients.

Vitaliy Nosa is a graduate of Comenius University in Bratislava and is a fully licensed Attorney at Law in both Slovakia and Ukraine. As a Partner at Konečná & Zacha, Vitaliy is responsible for the firm’s operations in Slovakia.

In his practice Vitaliy focuses on cross-border transactions with an emphasis on acquisitions and market entry. Another area of expertise is elaborating tailor made models for international financing and profit repatriation. As a member of the Energy Team, Vitaliy advises private and institutional clients on all aspects of renewable energy sources development and operations. Vitaliy speaks English, Slovak and Ukrainian.
