Radka Konečná is the founding partner of the Konečná & Zacha network of law firms. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and the Faculty of Economics of the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň. She speaks Czech, English, Slovak and Russian, and is also proficient in German.

She is an attorney registered with the Czech Bar Association and the Slovak Bar Association, and is also registered as a foreign attorney with the bar associations in Bulgaria and Romania.

Radka also acts as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, where she is regularly appointed as chair of arbitral tribunals, particularly in disputes relating to investments, construction and related sectors.

She specializes in corporate law, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions, and is widely regarded as one of the leading experts in her field. She has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including complex mergers and acquisitions, representing both sellers and buyers.

She advises clients on the structuring of cross-border transactions and brings in-depth knowledge of tax and regulatory aspects in the Central and Eastern European region, which is highly valued particularly in international projects.

Within the firm, she heads the real estate and investments practice across all Konečná & Zacha offices. Tomáš Zacha is a partner at Konečná & Zacha. He focuses primarily on commercial law and obligations, structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions, including cross-border acquisitions, litigation, ICT law and intellectual property law.

As part of his practice, he regularly collaborates with Konečná & Zacha teams in Bratislava, Bucharest and Sofia on international transactions and acquisition projects. Tomáš speaks Czech and English.

Tomáš has extensive experience advising on large-scale contractual relationships across key industries, particularly in energy, construction, transportation, mining, and related supply and logistics chains. Recently, he has also advised a number of start-ups in the areas of finance, technology and e-commerce, acting for both local and international clients.

He also represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings.

Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of industrial sectors and the financial aspects of transactions, Tomáš has for many years advised leading developers and investors in industrial and logistics real estate and industrial development, both institutional and private. His work in this area focuses particularly on acquisitions, transaction structuring, contractual documentation and legal risk management.

Achim Jähnke graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Passau in Germany and completed supplementary studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague.

He is a partner at Konečná & Zacha and is registered with both the Munich Bar Association and the Czech Bar Association. He speaks German, Czech, English, Spanish and French.

Achim leads the German desk at Konečná & Zacha and, together with his German-speaking team, advises primarily clients from German-speaking countries, particularly the DACH region.

Since 1998, Achim has practised as an attorney in both Munich and Prague. He focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, including financing, and comprehensive legal advice to medium-sized companies operating on the Czech market.

Petko Iliev has headed the Sofia office of Konečná & Zacha since 2009. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Sofia University and is a fully qualified lawyer in Bulgaria.

He began gaining professional experience in the late 1990s at one of the largest Bulgarian law firms. He subsequently worked for a Big Four firm as a manager in its legal and tax department.

He specializes mainly in corporate law, contractual matters, and mergers and acquisitions. In transactional work, he focuses primarily on legal due diligence, transaction structuring and acquisition support, including projects in the finance and energy sectors.

His experience in corporate taxation, VAT and tax litigation enables him to assess legal matters in broader business and tax contexts.

He has long advised on foreign investments into Bulgaria, particularly in the fast-moving consumer goods, real estate, pharmaceuticals, IT and media sectors. He was also involved in the amendment and harmonisation of Bulgarian law with EU law requirements in the areas of corporate law and capital markets.

Ľuboš Fojtík is a partner at the Prague office of Konečná & Zacha, where he heads the litigation and arbitration department. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno.

He has extensive experience particularly in construction disputes, where he has represented developers, institutional investors including banks and investment funds, as well as municipalities, including in some of the most complex disputes conducted in the Czech Republic.

In his practice, he further focuses on liability matters, damages, contractual penalties, defamation and private international law, including disputes governed by the CISG and CMR conventions. He is also listed as an arbitrator with the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.

In addition to dispute resolution, he has significant experience in public regulatory matters, particularly data protection, public procurement and other regulated sectors. He regularly represents clients in proceedings before administrative authorities and administrative courts.

Ľuboš is fluent in Czech, Slovak and English and has a working knowledge of French. He is the author of a number of professional publications, particularly in the fields of procedural law and international business law. In addition to his legal practice, he lectures at a private university in Prague and serves as editor-in-chief of the legal portal eLAW.cz.

Tomáš Riedl is a partner at the Prague office of Konečná & Zacha. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and completed a study stay at the Faculty of Law of TU Dresden in Germany.

He is registered with the Czech Bar Association. He speaks Czech, German and English.

He specializes in commercial, civil and financial law, with a particular focus on contract law. He also has experience in legal due diligence in the context of real estate and corporate transactions.

He has participated in providing comprehensive legal services to the owner of shopping centres in the Czech Republic, both in operation and under development, as well as to a purchaser of a complex including historical buildings in Prague and to a seller of land in Prague intended for residential development.

Andrei Constantinescu is a partner at the Bucharest office of Konečná & Zacha. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest and also holds a university degree in economics from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of Banatul University in Timișoara.

He has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and the Romanian National Bar Association since 2003. He speaks Romanian, English and Italian.

At the beginning of his career, he was involved in EU-funded public administration reform projects, focusing on the preparation of draft legislation, including laws, regulations and government decisions.

He subsequently gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and real estate. He has advised international companies, including a major multinational company active in clinical trials and a leading shopping centre developer.

In recent years, he has advised a commercial retailer, a leading Czech online fashion retailer and a well-known Taiwanese fitness equipment manufacturer on their entry into the Romanian market. This work covered a broad range of legal services, from company incorporation to negotiating and concluding commercial contracts.

Andrei also provides legal support to a leading international fuel distributor and an international wine producer and distributor, particularly in connection with development projects and debt recovery, including litigation.

Václav Maier is an attorney at Konečná & Zacha. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where he focused intensively on procedural law already during his studies. He later applied this knowledge during a one-year traineeship at a Prague court.

He is registered with the Czech Bar Association. He is fluent in Czech and English and has a working knowledge of German.

He has been practising law since 2015 and gained experience at several renowned law firms. He specializes mainly in insolvency, procedural, civil and commercial law. In insolvency proceedings and litigation, he has worked on cases worth hundreds of millions of Czech crowns.

Jakub Čermák is an attorney cooperating with the Prague office of Konečná & Zacha. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and is registered with the Czech Bar Association. He speaks Czech and English.

He specializes in commercial and civil law, particularly contractual matters and leases of business premises.

He has also participated in providing comprehensive legal services to a major tenant of shopping centres and retail parks in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Tomáš Fecák received master’s degree in law from the Masaryk University in Brno, and completed doctoral studies in international law at the Charles University in Prague. He also attended semestral study programs at the Ghent University (Belgium) and the University of Miami (USA). He speaks Czech, Slovak and English.

Tomáš has expertise in international investment law and in related aspects of EU law. Before practising as attorney, he worked for the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, where he took part in negotiation of bilateral investment treaties. He is the author of the book titled “International Investment Agreements and EU Law”, which was published in Czech and English language versions, and is a member of the Czech Society of International Law.

He is registered with the Czech Bar Association and is an attorney cooperating with the Prague-based office. His principal areas of practice include real estate acquisition projects and financing. He also advises clients on regulatory matters.

Tereza Chotěborová is an attorney cooperating with the Prague office of Konečná & Zacha. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and is registered with the Czech Bar Association. She is fluent in Czech and English and has a working knowledge of German.

She is a member of the dispute resolution team and also cooperates with the team focusing on employment law. She also advises on construction law, particularly legal due diligence in connection with real estate transactions and the negotiation of construction-related contracts.

Simona Votřelová is an attorney cooperating with the Prague office of Konečná & Zacha. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and is registered with the Czech Bar Association. She speaks Czech and English.

Before joining Konečná & Zacha, she worked for several years at a leading Czech regional law firm, advising clients mainly on commercial law and real estate law. She then spent two years as a member of the in-house legal team of a leading Prague developer.

Eva Burianová is an attorney cooperating with the Prague office of Konečná & Zacha. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc and completed a study stay at Eötvös Loránd University in Hungary under the Erasmus+ programme.

Nora Kuková is an attorney cooperating with the Prague office of Konečná & Zacha. Florin Buja graduated the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest. Being driven by the desire to enlarge and to perfect his knowledges both in civil and in corporate law, he completed a LL.M. in Private Law and a LL.M. in Business Law at the same University. He speaks fluently Romanian, English and Italian and has communication knowledge of Spanish. Florin is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and of the Romanian Union of Lawyers since 2019.

Specialising in Labour law, Florin assisted a significant number of clients with numerous complex employment matters, dismissal procedures, as well as with respect to day-to-day employment issues such as execution of individual employment agreements, negotiations for mutual termination, non-compete clauses etc. He has also assisted a significant number of clients in Labour law due diligence.

He has experience in corporate law, including due diligence processes and drafting of the transaction documents, resolutions, structuring of shareholders’ agreements.

Florin has been involved in a significant number of projects involving debt collection. He assists creditors within procedures ranging from litigation, enforcement of credit titles and up to insolvency procedures.

Another area of expertise covers Intellectual Property law. Jakub Zámyslický is an attorney cooperating with the Prague office of Konečná & Zacha. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and is registered with the Czech Bar Association. He speaks Czech and English.

Ladislav Šimko is an attorney at Konečná & Zacha. He obtained both his master’s and doctoral degrees from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava and is registered with the Slovak Bar Association.

Miroslav Obernauer is an attorney at Konečná & Zacha. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University and, already during his studies, worked at leading international law firms, including Bird & Bird and Clifford Chance.

He is registered with the Czech Bar Association. He is fluent in Czech and English.

He has been practising law since 2016. He specializes in real estate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions, development, construction, and property and asset management. He also has experience in negotiation and dispute resolution.

His practice also includes general civil law, with a focus on commercial, corporate and shareholder matters. He also gained valuable experience at the Rockaway investment group and CTP, where he participated in major transactions, including one of the largest real estate transactions in Central and Eastern Europe.

Hana Ferklová focusses on the area of ICT and the related complex contractual agenda, project finance and IP law. Hana also advises in the area of electronic communications and NW build and maintenance.

In respect of the latter, Hana advises on regulatory and commercial matters for clients providing services of electronic communications and services of NW build and maintenance, and supports clients in their participation in RFQs and tenders, including the CTO’s tenders for radio frequency assignments. In the aforementioned areas of her focus, Hana has advised on number of complex projects of local and international clients.

Vitaliy Nosa is a graduate of Comenius University in Bratislava and is a fully licensed Attorney at Law in both Slovakia and Ukraine. As a Partner at Konečná & Zacha, Vitaliy is responsible for the firm’s operations in Slovakia.

In his practice Vitaliy focuses on cross-border transactions with an emphasis on acquisitions and market entry. Another area of expertise is elaborating tailor made models for international financing and profit repatriation.
