Jakub Čermák graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague. He is registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association and is an attorney-at-law cooperating with the Konečná & Zacha Prague-based office. He speaks Czech and English.
His specialization includes commercial and civil law, focusing in particular on the field of contract law and rental of business premises. He also participated in the provision of comprehensive legal services to major tenants of shopping centres and retail parks in both Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.
