Providing of legal services for Agora group

Konecna & Zacha assisted the Agora investment group in the financing of the growing Czech e-commerce company ROI Hunter. During the second part of the financing Agora acquired another shares of ROI Hunter and became a minority shareholder with almost 24 % of shares.
