Implementation of GPDR in the field of doctors’ surgeries
The Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic published a methodology about implementing of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation, on their website on 29th January 2018.
The methodology includes general information about the GDPR and about the duties that it imposes. It also includes a specific guidance on how to implement this regulation in the field of doctors’ surgeries.
