The article regarding the register of beneficial owners has been published

Senior associate Luboš Fojtík and junior associate Tereza Šonková have published their article “Problematic issues related to entries in the register of beneficial owners  - practical knowledge” in the March issue of the Private Law journal.

The article highlights problematic aspects of registration in the register and presents the expected changes in national legislation to be adopted regarding European Parliament and Council Directive (EU) No 2018/843 (V. AML Directive). The article was published in issue 3/2019 of Private Law, available in Czech language here.
