Success at the Supreme Court

We are pleased to announce that the Konečná & Zacha litigation team, led by Tomáš Zacha and Ľuboš Fojtík, successfully represented the Statutory City of Ostrava in a damages dispute of over CZK 1.5 billion claimed by the developer. The damages was claimed by developer on the base of allegedly frustrated construction of shopping center. The long-standing dispute was finally ended by the Supreme Court's dismissal of the claimant appeal. We are pleased to be able to help the Statutory City of Ostrava to unblock significant land in the city center for further development.
