Miroslav Ilčin graduated from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University Brno and University of Tilburg. He is registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association and is an attorney at law cooperating with the Prague-based office.
He speaks Czech, English and Slovak. Miroslav has particular expertise in employment law matters, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions as well as financing. In addition to that, he is also engaged in commercial and civil obligations law.
