Simon Šufliarsky graduated from the Faculty of Law, Comenius University in Bratislava. He is registered as an attorney with the Slovak Bar Association and he is an attorney cooperating with Konečná & Zacha law firm in Bratislava. He speaks Slovak, English and German.
During his practice, Simon focused on acquisition law, real estate law, copyright law in the context of IT, data protection law and medical law. He participated in due diligence, on the preparation of acquisitions and related negotiation in various sectors, in particular with regard to real estate and technology companies. Simon has gained extensive experience in the area of corporate restructuring. He has experience with the process of obtaining licenses to provide investment services for securities dealers and has prepared the framework with regard to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulation.
