Lenka Macáková graduated from the Law Faculty of University of West Bohemia. She is registered in the Register of Attorneys at Law of the Czech Bar Association and is an associated attorney at law to the Prague-based office. Lenka speaks Czech and English.
In the course of providing legal services Lenka deals predominantly with the disputes and provide clients with legal advisory at the courts, in arbitration proceedings as well as in connection with the insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.
Lenka has recently been advising several clients on insolvency cases and her experience in this area include also representing of client in the insolvency proceedings of rail wagon producer (with creditors’ claims worth three billion Czech Crown) including representation of the client on the creditors' committee and subsequent litigation, including litigation in front of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic and in front of the Constitutional Court.
Apart from the aforementioned Lenka also deals with other branches of law related to the business and enterpreneur’s activities, particularly with the corporate law, M&A law as well as intellectual property law.
